Requests for access or correction of registration data should be made by emailing AIA. Any changes submitted after the registration deadline may not be accommodated.

You consent to the use of your image for identity verification at the check-in counter. Additionally, you agree that photographs and videos taken during the event may be used in a post-event photo library and highlight video. These images will be utilized exclusively within AIA for promotional and internal purposes.

Your participation in the event is voluntary. Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel approvals from their management and securing any required travel documents, such as visas or entry permits, for the destination country. Participants are also advised to ensure they meet any health or vaccination requirements and obtain appropriate travel insurance, if applicable.

AIA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the event mobile app.
